MY BOOK
I was 14 when I decided I wanted to be an author. I was determined to have written at least one book by the time I graduated from high school, and I ended up with two! The second one is not published yet, but the first one can be found on Amazon as a digital copy! This book is one of my greatest accomplishments and I am so proud of it. I hope that some day I will be able to go into bookstores and see it on the shelves, but for now, Amazon will have to do. :)
MY PUBLISHED ARTICLE
This is an article that I wrote for one of my college courses. The entire point of the class was to have a nonfiction article published, and I am so excited that I was. I chose to write about my niece and nephew--specifically how being their aunt and helping care for them has prepared me to have children of my own someday. The bond I have with my niece and nephew is so special to me, and so is this article. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it. :)
COVID-19 BLOG POST
When COVID-19 started affecting college campuses, my Writing for Popular and Professional Publication Professor decided to change up the way our course worked a little bit. The entire point of the class was to be published (which I was, check out the article above this one!), but the pandemic made that difficult for some. As another option, our class created a blog about COVID-19 and we all had the chance to contribute and be published on it. I faced many stressful times when writing this article, which I suppose is fitting for the stressful times we are all facing right now. Not only can you read my article, but the articles of my fellow classmates. :)
